NLC Proctor Training Proctor Non-Judged Events 3.5 During the Event

In tests where an "orientation/ warm-up/wrap-up" time is provided, be certain to allot time for students to ask questions and become familiar with the equipment. See your Guidelines for orientation times. The remaining time should be used after testing to assemble and collect test materials. You will need to provide a password for the event to the student. Every test has a password and it is in the administrator folder. All events are 60 or 90 minutes (check WSAP guidelines if you are unsure). Please give a warning when 30, 15, and 5 minutes are remaining. Students must use the software designated for the event. Finally, it is imperative that contests begin and end at the designated time.
