Step Up to Lead: Become an NLC Leadership Academy Co-Facilitator
Want to go beyond participating and help lead the experience? Serving as an NLC Leadership Academy co-facilitator is your chance to step up, stand out, and guide a group of BPA members through a national leadership experience. As a co-facilitator, you’ll help lead discussions, energize your group, and support meaningful conversations throughout the Academy.
You’ll partner with a student leader from Central Michigan University to create an engaging, supportive, and high-impact learning environment. Bring the energy. Bring the empathy. Bring the confidence to help your group dive into big ideas and real leadership topics.
Who’s Eligible?
- Graduating secondary-level juniors and seniors
- Postsecondary BPA members
- Students excited to lead, collaborate, and facilitate engaging conversations
What’s the Commitment?
Co-facilitators must commit to attending all required training and program sessions:
- Virtual Training Webinar: April 15, 6:00–7:30 p.m. Eastern Time
- On-Site Orientation: May 5, 12:00–5:00 p.m. Central Time
- NLC Leadership Academy: May 6, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time
