Weeks 7–8: Leading BPA Locally
In this final phase of the certification, students will shift their focus from personal development to purposeful leadership within their local BPA chapters. These lessons are designed to help participants translate their skills into action: running effective meetings, planning impactful events, and building strong, motivated teams. Students will gain hands-on strategies for organizing chapter operations, delegating responsibilities, and recruiting members who share their enthusiasm for BPA’s mission.
By the end of Week 8, students will feel equipped to lead their chapters with confidence, clarity, and creativity. setting the tone for a successful and sustainable year of BPA leadership.
