Weeks 1–3: Building Your BPA Foundation
In the opening weeks of this certification, students will be introduced to the heart of Business Professionals of America (BPA). Through interactive lessons and guided reflection, participants will learn BPA’s core values, discover opportunities for personal growth, and begin exploring pathways that align with their future careers. These sessions are designed to help members understand who BPA is, why it matters, and how they can grow as leaders within the organization and beyond.

• Lesson 1: Who We Are and What We Do – Explore BPA’s mission, structure, and the impact members create nationwide.

• Lesson 2: Torch Awards & Personal Growth – Learn how Torch Awards foster leadership, service, and self-development while setting personal goals.

• Lesson 3: BPA Cares & Career Pathways – Discover how service projects and career pathways connect BPA involvement to real-world impact and professional success.

By the end of Week 3, students will have a clear understanding of BPA’s identity, opportunities for growth, and how their leadership potential can shine through active participation.
