NLC Administrator Training Judge Events 2.3 Administrator Box

Your administrator contest box will have everything you need to successfully run the event. However, if there are materials or supplies missing, please send someone immediately to HQ to get them. Supplies that you will find in your Administrator box include: Welcome Letter. Thank you for being a contest administrator. It is your leadership and commitment to the success of BPA that makes this possible. WSAP Guidelines. Ensure everyone understands the competitive event guidelines. Sign-In Sheets. The sign-in sheets will provide you with competitor name and presentation time. Keeping accurate record of each competitor is very important. Administrator Tips. Helpful advice and best practices for your role as an administrator. Event Pass. The event pass is used when an event is running late, causing a student to be delayed for their next event Supply Bag. There will be a supply bag with items to ensure a successful event Contest Signs. Please display the contest sign on the easels outside the contest area. Judges will pick up their materials and iPads when they check in at the Judge’s Orientation.
