NLC Administrator Training Judge Events 2.1 Administrator Role

As the Administrator of a judged event, your role is crucial in ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will be responsible for distributing materials from the headquarters to your team and ensuring everyone has what they need. It's also important to familiarize the judges with the event details and provide them with any necessary guidance. Additionally, you will offer guidance and instruction to your proctors, helping them understand their roles and what is expected of them. Your leadership and clear communication will be key to the success of the event. Please report to Competitive Events Headquarters one hour prior to your contest start time to pick up contest materials and locate your contest room. After locating your room, you will meet your proctors there to review event details and ensure they have no remaining questions. Judges are expected to arrive 30 minutes before the first contestant begins. Again, please be sure to pick up your box and proceed directly to your assigned room (there is no need to attend the orientation). Your judges will meet you there.
